Moerk Water has begun a collaborative project with Youth With a Mission’s medical ship to reach remote Papua New Guinea communities with medical supplies and services. We'll be researching the river water to help them find solutions for this country that is now rated as having the poorest access to clean water in the world.

Moerk assisted GIZ promoting the development and implementation of their climate change policy in Thailand by training them through a series of framework conditions in renewable energy and energy efficiency. We also gave them insights into possible technical solutions and best practice examples for selected scenarios in other regions. GIZ is working alongside the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP) in Thailand to implement long-term solutions to climate change.

Prior to the installation of their Moerk Water Solutions plants, the village of Buyu suffered daily because of a lack of safe drinking water. Their wells were becoming more and more salted. With no other alternative, they have had to use this water source. It has caused them to suffer from numerous diseases, as well as diarrhea, skin diseases and kidney problems.
